拉糖蔥

糖蔥。是台灣特有的點心,怎麼來的不太清楚,但是有傳說是在日據時代台灣有產蔗糖要運往日本,所以禁止人們吃甘蔗,所以我們才把糖加上水煮熟來吃。糖蔥的作法是把蔗糖和水用某種比例混和煮沸到120度變成糖漿,當溫度稍稍降低的時候反覆拉扯成為像蔥一樣的外型,入口即化不沾牙。33
