稀豆粉 – 雲南特色

稀豆粉是雲南夏季消暑食物,用白豌豆磨粉數成粥狀。說是十分爽口但其實可以吃到辣辣的花椒在裡面,有嬰兒食物的口感,好吃好吃,是雲南德宏的特產。吃的時候可以拌米線餌塊等等,或是油條。

作法:把碗豆泡水一晚,加水把碗豆磨細後用紗布過濾,過濾後的碗豆粉用小火不停地攪拌煮,當水變稠就要注意不要過稀或過稠,就好了。做法中可以加點香料有不同的味道。
