這是乳扇,是白族等滇西北各民族吃的一種乳酪。主要是用牛奶做成的,吃起來像起士。因為他是乳白色、片狀、卷卷的像是扇子一樣,所以叫作乳扇。可以生吃、乾吃、油炸、煎烤,下酒菜最好。照片中是撒上糖粉的乳扇,小心上癮。33
